Shipping, Delivery, & Returns

Lead Times

All our bed frames are custom built to order. This means we do not start constructing your bed until after your order is placed. Our current Standard lead time is approximately 5 weeks for aluminum bed frames and 7 weeks for wooden bed frames. Lead times are estimated from the date we receive the order.

Please note: “Lead times” refer to the length of time needed for production before the bed ships out from our warehouse. It does not include delivery time, which can take 3-10 Business Days depending on which delivery method you choose. This is always subject to change based on our manufacturing capacity at a given time.

Rush Production

Rush Production is currently available for an extra charge of $750 per bed. This option ensures that your order ships out from our warehouse within 15 business days. Transit times will vary based on the Shipping Method you select.

Shipping & Delivery Options

For most orders, we offer two professional delivery options. These services cover delivery coordination and careful handling for large, heavy bed components.

  • Free Standard Delivery (Curbside)
    Delivered to the end of your driveway or curb
    Estimated transit time: 5-10 business days
  • In-Home Delivery (Room of Choice) per bed
    Delivered inside to your room of choice and includes one flight of stairs (additional flights may incur and extra fee)
    Estimated transit time: 2-3 weeks

For In-Home Delivery, please notify us of any special delivery requirements or circumstances in advance. This includes high-rise buildings, long driveways, gated access, restricted delivery times, and similar considerations. Day-of-delivery details can be provided in the Special Instructions section during checkout.

Because these deliveries involve large, heavy items, we recommend having at least one additional person available to help receive your order.

Premium White Glove Delivery

Upgrade your order with White Glove Delivery. For $495 per bed, we offer in-home delivery and assembly from our experienced partners. They will unpack, inspect, assemble, and set up your new bed. White Glove Delivery is only available in the contiguous 48 United States. Transit time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present to accept sign the delivery receipt. Some restrictions may apply. Please let us know of any specific day-of delivery instructions. Add this information in the Special Instructions section during checkout.

Examples include:
- Delivering the shipment up more than one flight of stairs
- COI (Certificate of Insurance) requirements - applies to many condo buildings
- Special parking or driveway/approach instructions
- Tight corners/spaces to be aware of in your home
- Long driveways
- Gated access or restricted delivery times

    International Shipping

    We Deliver to Canada

    We can ship our beds, mattresses, and accessories to Canada. Shipping outside of North America is not currently available. For international orders, we can ship to a US port of your choice. You would be responsible for coordinating the rest of the shipment from there.

    Canadian shipments are subject to shipping, handling, taxes, and customs fees. Contact us to discuss your options and pricing. Click here to generate an estimate for duties and taxes to have your bed shipped to Canada.

    Storage Fees

    Once your order is ready to ship, we will contact you with an approximate delivery window. After they pick up the order, our delivery partners will contact you to schedule an appointment. At this point, you will have one week to accept the scheduled shipment. After that, storage fees will apply until it is delivered.

    Storage fees are $25 per week, per bed.

    Returned beds will also be subject to shipping and handling charges. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

    Delivery Attempts

    If delivery cannot be completed due to customer availability, access issues, or other customer-related circumstances, an attempted-delivery fee may apply.

    Additional Charges

    We reserve the right to request an additional payment to cover shipping costs. This happens if delivery to a given address is more costly than similar destinations in the area. We will never add this charge without giving you the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund.

    Returns

    We offer a 60-day risk free trial with a full refund for returned items. This excludes the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Please note that certain items and orders are non-refundable. For a complete list of non-refundable items, please visit our Terms & Conditions page.
